IRTS3F5A热电堆传感器是采用CMOS工艺制作的新型Infrared thermopile sensor，具有免NTC校准、高红外响应率、高重复性和高可靠性等特点。传感器采用TO46金属管壳封装，尺寸小，并且在封装管壳内内置高精度热敏电阻芯片，可对环境温度进行补偿。可广泛应用于forehead thermometer、耳温枪、微波炉及其他Non-contact场合。
